Canada has faced a labour shortage throughout its history, which has intensified in recent years.
In response, the government has implemented programs that simplify international hiring, ensuring fair and competitive working conditions.
Employease was founded with the vision of facilitating this process, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing comprehensive support to workers during their integration into the Canadian labour market.

Thanks to the prior experience of our CEO, Leonard Daoussis, in workforce placement in Europe, we have established a strong collaboration network with multiple companies and governments.
Currently, we operate in Tunisia, El Salvador, and Costa Rica, and we continue to expand our presence in Latin America. To date, we have processed hundreds of workers, ensuring their well-being and facilitating their labour integration in Canada.

In El Salvador, our company has been recognized as a strategic partner since 2022, working directly with government entities such as the Presidency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.
We have carried out selection processes for over 500 candidates, placing workers in key technical fields such as automotive mechanics, construction, hospitality, and gastronomy, among others.
